BVI Boat Charter was started for people like you who want to experience the ultimate vacation, exploring the Virgin Islands on the comfort of your own 44 foot 2007 Lagoon 440 catamaran.
The boat is docked in Tortola, a small island in the British Virgin Islands. We can pick passengers up in St. Thomas, St. Johns or Tortola, where ever they want to fly in to.
Your vacation includes snorkeling, sailing, eating fresh seafood and relaxing in quiet and remote locations. You will enjoy swimming in the most beautiful places in the world.
Your boat has 4 cabins all equipped with a private bath and shower and makes a great vacation for friends, couples or the entire family.
Your vessel is kid ready with board games, XBOX player, wake boarding and tubing. You will enjoy a large salon deck, fly deck, private sitting on the bow or stern, a grill, televisions, DVD players, IPOD players and internet access.
Your charter includes a captain who will ensure the boat is ship shape throughout your vacation and sails exactly where you want to go. What is included?
The cost of all charters include the use of the boat, all water toys, snorkel gear, 6 bottles of spirits (scotch, vodka, gin, whiskey, rum, red and white wine), a case of soda, and a case of beer, and a case of water. Additionally, the use of all towels, bedding, and on board kitchen which includes all glass wear, utensils, coffee maker, refrigerators, and blender for making the rich and creamy Caribbean drinks.
What is not included?
You are responsible for all provisions (food and drinks) for your group and the captain, fuel, water, ice, local permits for customs, dockage, and mooring buoy. Around $35 per person per day is a good estimate of how much you will spend on food, drink and ice. Fuel is approximately $100-200 per week. Local permits are about $5 per person per day. Dockage and mooring buoy can range from $20 to $125 per night. Captain Hal will always use the least expensive means of tying up unless otherwise requested by you the captain will use the mooring buoy at $20 per night. (Anchors are less safe for the vessel and can cause severe damage to the coral reef while dockage for a 44 foot catamaran can be expensive). Captain tip or gratuity is not included and ranges from 10% to 20% of the charter fee.
